Laxmi Vihar

Laxmi Vihar is a plotted residential development at Nizampur, Gosainganj, on the southern side of Lucknow.

The project began in November 2024 with an initial two bigha and has since been developed across more than 25 bigha, with further expansion continuing. Ground development is ongoing and the layout is approved by the Zila Panchayat.

The site sits within the growth corridor shaped by the State Capital Region plan. Knowledge Park at Gosainganj, the proposed Gosainganj ISBT, the Lucknow IT City project and the Wellness City project are each within roughly three to four kilometres, and National Highway 230 provides road connectivity. Lulu Mall, Palassio Mall, Ekana International Stadium, Medanta Hospital and Tender Palm Hospital are within a 15 to 20 minute drive, and established schools including Jaipuria, GD Goenka, Lucknow Public School, Delhi Public School and CMS serve the wider area.
